I’ve joined forces with my friend and colleague, Shonda Moralis, MSW, LCSW, to promote a series of mindfulness workshops beginning in January, 2014. Shonda is a Psychotherapist and Mindfulness Educator at Twin Ponds Integrative Health Center in Breinigsville and I will be joining her on Feb 8th, 2014 to discuss mindful strategies for career exploration for busy moms.
